1. Digital Products (PDF Checklists, Ebooks, & Guides)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of PDF checklists, digital guides, and downloadable ebooks are final. Once a digital file has been sent or downloaded, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
- No Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds on digital products once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered to your email.
- Exceptional Circumstances: If you experience a technical issue (e.g., a corrupt file or a broken download link) or purchased the same digital product twice by mistake, please contact us at hello@thehomebusinesschallenge.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
2. Physical Books
Our physical books are sold through various channels, and the return policy depends on where the purchase was made:
- Purchases via Amazon: If you purchased a physical copy of our book through Amazon, please follow Amazon’s Standard Return Policy. You can typically return items within 30 days of receipt via your "Orders" page on Amazon.
- Direct Purchases (from our shop): If you purchased a physical book directly from thehomebusinesschallenge.com:
- Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the book must be in its original, unused condition (no markings, highlights, or bent pages).
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Report an Issue
To start a return or report a problem with a digital download, please email us at hello@thehomebusinesschallenge.com with the following information:
- Your Order Number.
- The name of the product.
- A brief description of the issue or reason for the return.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return (for physical goods) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. Cancellations
For digital products, cancellations are not possible once the order is processed and the link is delivered. For physical products, if you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
